Privacy policy
Updated 27 October 2026
We collect only the data we need to calculate your map, take your payment and deliver the report. This page explains what data that is, why we need it, who we share it with and how to delete it.
1. Who processes the data
Legal address: 1 Shalva Nutsubidze St., apt. 3, Batumi, Georgia
richwelcode@gmail.com · Telegram @RichlifeCode
Website: richwel.online
2. What data we receive
- the quiz and the mini-reading: your name, date, time and place of birth, the cities or countries you compare, your goals (for example, career or relationships), your browser's time zone and language;
- the Family Map: the names, dates, times and places of birth of the relatives you add;
- the ad tags you came with: utm tags and click identifiers (gclid, fbclid, yclid), to see which ads work;
- Telegram: your ID, name and username, your messages to the bot, which are forwarded to the administrator so they can reply;
- orders and payments: the plan, the price, the time you accepted the terms and asked for immediate delivery, and what the payment service tells us: the payment number and status, the bank's transaction reference and authorisation code, the card type and its last 4 digits, your email and phone if you entered them on the payment page. You enter the full card number, expiry date and CVC only on the payment service's page, and we don't receive them;
- the form on the main page: your name, email, birth data and comment, if you wrote them;
- the site consultant: the messages you write to it;
- technical data: we don't store your IP address; to limit too frequent requests we keep a hash of it (a one-way transformation with a secret key) in counters that are deleted automatically, usually within two hours; the quiz progress and your mini-reading are kept in your browser (localStorage).
We don't use advertising cookies and don't use web analytics yet. If we add any (for example, Yandex Metrica), we'll update this policy first.
3. Why
- to calculate the mini-reading and the report and deliver the report;
- to take and confirm payments, answer the bank's questions about a payment and refund it;
- to answer your questions;
- to send you Telegram messages about your map and offers, only if you saved the mini-reading in the bot or opened an order there yourself; you can unsubscribe with /stop;
- to see which ads bring people, and to protect the service from abuse.
4. Legal basis
Your consent (the checkbox in the quiz and in the form), the performance of the contract when you place an order, and our legitimate interest in protecting the service from abuse, measuring ads and answering banks' questions about payments. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
5. Who we share data with
Only the services the site and the bot need to work:
- Cloudflare: the quiz server and storage of quiz answers and orders;
- Anthropic (USA): the Claude language model writes the text of the mini-reading, the report and the consultant's answers; it receives the name, date, time and place of birth (for the Family Map, also the relatives'), the chart calculated from them and your questions to the consultant;
- Telegram: the bot and the delivery of the report;
- Flitt (Tpay LLC, Georgia): card payments; Tribute: payments in Telegram;
- OpenStreetMap (Nominatim): finding the place of birth by its name;
- Google (Gmail): emails with requests from the form on the main page;
- the site's hosting: the servers richwel.online runs on.
Some of these services work outside your country, including in the USA. Cloudflare and Anthropic process data under their data processing agreements, which for transfers from the EU include the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We don't sell data or share it for advertising.
6. How long we keep data
Quiz answers and the ad tags you came with: 60 days; an order (with its questionnaire and tags) and bot records: up to 120 days; the report text: 30 days, to rebuild the report after a failure; a finished PDF on the server: until it is sent and no longer than 3 days. After that the data is deleted automatically.
A copy of the finished report and your messages to the bot reach the administrator in Telegram, to check the report and reply to you, and stay in their chat until they delete them; we delete them if you ask.
A record of a card payment (the order number, the plan, the amount, the time of payment, of accepting the terms and of sending the report, your name, Telegram ID and username and the payment details from section 2) is kept for 13 months: we need it to answer the bank's and the payment service's questions about disputed payments. It contains no birth data.
Requests from the form stay in our mailbox until we delete them, and we delete them at once if you ask. Payment services and Telegram keep data under their own rules.
7. Your rights
- to know what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- to correct or delete it;
- to withdraw your consent and stop Telegram messages (/stop);
- to complain to a supervisory authority: in Georgia, the Personal Data Protection Service; in the EU, your country's data protection authority.
Write to richwelcode@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
8. Security
The connection to the site and the server is encrypted (HTTPS), only the administrator can access orders, and card data is processed by the Flitt payment service on its own secure page, see Payment security.
9. Children
The service is meant for adults aged 18 or over. Children's data for the Family Map is entered by a parent or legal guardian.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the update date is shown at the top of this page.
