Payment security
Updated 27 October 2026
Card payments go through the secure page of the Flitt payment service. We neither see nor store your card details.
Card data
You enter the card number, expiry date and CVC only on the Flitt page: neither the site nor the bot receives them. After the payment Flitt tells us the payment number and status, the card type and its last 4 digits: enough to find the payment if you ask about it.
Standards
- Flitt works to the PCI DSS Level 1 payment card security standard;
- all data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS);
- your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check) by a code from an SMS or in your banking app.
Payment screening
The payment service and the bank screen payments for fraud and may decline a suspicious one; then no money is charged.
What we do
- the site and the server work over HTTPS only;
- the payment page opens a payment only for an order opened in your chat with the bot;
- we count a payment only when Flitt itself has confirmed it, and only for the exact amount of the order;
- only the administrator can access orders.
If you see an unfamiliar charge
Write to richwelcode@gmail.com or on Telegram @RichlifeCode: we'll find the payment by date, amount and the card's last digits and sort it out. Payment terms are in Payment terms.
