Payment terms

How to pay for a report, in which currency and when the money is charged.

Payment methods

• by Visa or Mastercard card, in euros, on the secure page of the Flitt payment service (Tpay LLC, Georgia); if the Flitt page shows Apple Pay or Google Pay buttons, you can pay with them too;
• through Tribute in Telegram, if the bot offers it for your order; Tribute shows the amount and the currency.

Price and currency

The price of your order is shown on the site, in the bot's message and on the payment page before you pay. Card payments through Flitt are charged in euros. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may charge a fee.

When the money is charged

Once, at the moment of payment. There are no subscriptions or repeat charges: we don't store your card details and can't charge you without your action.

Payment confirmation

A card payment confirms itself: you return to the payment page with “Payment received”, and the bot sends an order confirmation with the terms of purchase as a PDF. If you pay through Tribute or a link, tap “I've paid” in the bot and we'll check and confirm it.

If the payment didn't go through

No money is charged: please try again or use another card. If you were charged but have had no confirmation for more than an hour, write to us at richwelcode@gmail.com or on Telegram @RichlifeCode. If you were charged twice for one order, we refund the extra payment.

Special prices

A discount or an upgrade price is valid until the deadline shown in the offer and on the payment page. After that the order is paid at the regular price.

Disputed payments

If you disagree with a charge, please write to us first: that gets your money back faster than a dispute through your bank. Refund terms are in Refunds and cancellation, and card data security in Payment security.
