How the seller complies with the law, the card schemes' rules and buyers' rights.

Law

The seller is registered as an individual entrepreneur in Georgia and operates under the law of Georgia. Our terms do not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Card schemes

We follow the rules of the Visa and Mastercard payment systems and the terms of the Flitt payment service: we show the price and currency before payment, publish our terms of purchase, refunds and delivery, and ask you to accept them before paying.

Anti-money laundering and sanctions

The payment service screens payments under anti-money-laundering and sanctions requirements and may decline a payment. We don't accept a payment if the purchase breaks the law, and we may cancel an order with a full refund if a payment raises reasonable doubts.

Age

Orders can be placed by people aged 18 or over. Children's data for the Family Map is entered by a parent or legal guardian.

Personal data

We process data under Georgia's law on personal data protection and, for EU residents, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). What data, why and for how long is in the Privacy policy.

Nature of the service

The report is for information and entertainment purposes. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or immigration advice, and we don't promise any result.
