Delivery

Updated 27 October 2026

The report is a digital file: it arrives in Telegram, and delivery is free.

How

As a PDF file in the chat with the Path Map Telegram bot where you opened the order. That is why card payment starts in the bot: the “Pay by card” button opens the payment page for your order.

When

Usually within an hour of payment and within 24 hours at most. If you pay through Tribute or a link, the time counts from when you tapped “I've paid”.

Cost

Delivery is free: it is included in the price of the report.

What we need from you

• please don't delete the chat with the bot or block the bot until you receive the report;
• check your date, time and place of birth before paying: the report is calculated from them.

Exceptions

• if you can't use Telegram or have deleted the chat, write to us at richwelcode@gmail.com and we'll send the report by email;
• if the report hasn't arrived within 24 hours, write to us: we'll send it again or refund you;
• if you made a mistake in your birth data or the report has an error on our side, see Refunds and cancellation.

Proof of delivery

The report counts as delivered when the file is sent to the chat; the time it was sent is recorded in the order system.
